libdiet-sed2.8 software package provides DIET grid middleware - sed runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdiet-sed2.8
libdiet-sed2.8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdiet-sed2.8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdiet-sed2.8 *
You will get with libdiet-sed2.8 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
